It’s Here!

It seems a little surreal, but the day has finally come. The picture is proof that a copy of this has finally landed on my very messy desk. The SolidWorks 2007 Bible has finally arrived! I almost kissed the UPS guy. Although this feels like an ending point, it is really just a beginning. This is the document I get to mark up and edit for 2008. This is the first time I have seen it all put together like this, some of it is possibly not exactly what I intended, but its so exciting to see it, it is easy to forgive the publisher for a few things.

This hits at a bad time, what with beta active now, and a bit of paying work to do besides. But I’ll get through it. Who needs sleep?

Anyway, it is truly exciting to see the fruits of so much time and effort. I hope if you read the book, or more likely use it for reference, you will gain something from it and excuse some of the shortcomings. Suggestions for stuff to add or fix should be sent to my email address, which I’m sure you can find on here somewhere.
