n!Fuze and the DS Store
n!Fuze has finally been released for the masses. You can use it for $70/month, but there are only two increment choices at this time: 12 months for $840 or 3 months for $231 (works out to $77/month). There appears to be a free trial available, if you are interested in that sort of thing.
n!Fuze you will remember is the spiritual successor to 3D Instant Website, which was cancelled because even as a give away product, no one used it. I liked 3DIW, and think that this might be a useful product, but at $70/mo for the couple of times I might use it per month, I don’t think I would get involved. If I had to share SW data with non-SW users several times a week, it would make more sense. It’s like emailing eDrawing markups back and forth, but using cloud, and no email.
And there’s another name you’re going to be hearing more of. 3DSwYm (See What You Mean). You can get this one for just $25 per user per month. Click the images to go to the sites. This is a professional social network builder. Buying into this enables you to create private communities for general or project-specific communication.
The DS Store has much more of the cloud variety to offer. Even apps for iProducts, but nothing for Android (
