Security Devices

This was one of the first projects I did after striking out on my own. The design is mainly plastic, with some electronics inside and a geared mechanism. I wish I got more of this kind of work. It didn’t involve any complex shapes, but it did involve bringing a lot of plastic parts together with some ergonomic concerns, manufacturability, assembly, durability, and mechanisms are always fun.
