This link doesn’t get you an appointment, it reserves you a place in line to get an appointment. Government is SOOOOOO tiring, isn’t it? But at this time, this is what we have to do to get back to playing like things are “normal” again, so please do it. We can go back to complaining about the government after we let them do this one thing for us, regardless of how badly they do it.

This is just for Virginia, but at least Virginia figured out that every little outlet having their own sign up list was going to be a bigger disaster than one single list.
